Local rescue squads and fire departments rarely have the high-fidelity manikin, or the AI and VR software, that an institution keeps in the lab. The scenario still has to be run. Too often the patient is a classmate. That acting cannot show a proper assessment: what you see, what the history actually is, and what changes after you treat.
IPS is the Interactive Patient Simulator. The crew assesses and treats a patient that stays consistent from one run to the next. An agency can trial it on its own, or next to RM-CCT, under the same Rebel Medic name.
